It's not a mini, but it's big sister the Austin Morris 1100/1300 series,
like most badge engineered cars of the period there were a lot of
siblings:

        Austin 1100, 1300 and 1300GT
        Morris 1100 and 1300
        Wolseley 1100 and 1300
        Riley Kestrel 1100 and 1300
        MG 1100 and 1300
        Vanden Plas 1100 and 1300

I think in America it would be known as the Austin America. They have
now got cult status in Japan, the best UK examples are being exported,
top money being UKP4500-5000
