Somebody wrote about having a 67 B with all Smith's gauges and a Jaeger
speedometer and asked if it is possible that it came from the factory that
way.
I may be wrong but I believe the gauges up until late 64 or early 65 used
Jaeger and then were converted to Smith's around that time. Therefore, the
odds of that being an original speedometer in that 67 B are slim. However,
stranger things have been known to happen...
Also, I believe that they are essentially the same gauges, ie Smith's and
Jaeger,...just different badging. Anybody know any more on this?
