Subject: what is a car
For general collector's reading interest, I have placed the text of a
1992 British case on the British Works page under 'interesting law.'
This case is is a very interesting history of Old Bently Number One
and an excellent definition of 'what is a car' that is important to
all collectors. I cited this case in the appeal over Cobra CX2049.
The new address for British Works is:
http://www.britishworks.com/
and the Hubbard case can be found directly at:
http://www.britishworks.com/law/law.html
Hope you enjoy.
Ernest
