Can we get a confirmation of SB42? According to the site
WWW.REDWINGS.ORG/REPORT.HTML,
"SB42 - an amendment in the glossary of definitions for the
California Veterinary Medical Association reclassifies the equine as
a "companion animal" excluding equines from both meat and
livestock definitions."
This may increase our horsepower, but won't help get them smogged!
This was a bill signed into law Jan 1, 1996. Do they reassign
numbers? I guess so...
