Prior to painting, there was a manufacturer's label on my '70 Roadster that
specified 155-14 tires. I have recently replaced the 195-75-14 the PO had
installed with Michelin MX GT 185/65-14 that are awesome and fit the wires
perfect. There are absolutely no clearance problems on mine and the profile
is identical to the 155-14's.
Was this a freak year for 155-14's on the roadster or what?
