July 18-20 - Brian Redman Challenge(Chicago Historic is no more,
Marchetti is not allowed back!?????? no one knows why or they ain't
tellin') This is run by the VSCDA (this is the club to which I belong)
and all the vintage stuff will be there; except for some Ferraris. It's
Shelby weekend; Cobras, GT40's etc. more than 500 machines; and Can-Am's
30th Anniversary, they're expecting 40+ cars. The 40 mile enduro is on
Sunday. Thur. $20, Fri. $10, Sat. $20, Sun. $25
Supertickets are available.
Aug. 1-3 - Cycle Fest - Fri. $10, Sat. $15, Sun. $20
Aug. 15-17 - CART Texaco/Havoline 200 -
