Sounds fair to me.  Go for it.  I paid a little less for mine but then I 
had to rebuild the engine last year.  This year I need to replace the 
wire wheels and tires and hubs.  And seatcovers.  This will probably cost 
another coupla thou.  And I'm thinking of buying a second car?  A ZB 
Magnette.  :)  I've just about talked myself into it.  Life's too short 
to drive boring cars.
