John Twist has compiled a list of what would be useful to have in the 
boot. It is contained in the North American MGB Register's service 
recommendation (member submitted recommendations) and membership list. 
You can most likely find it at the NAMGBR's website 
http://www.mgcars.org.uk/namgbr/index.html . I believe that if nothing 
else is taken along the bare minimum is a cell phone and AAA plus car.
