Mike,
I think I know your problem, because I had the identical problem.
Let's see if our symptoms match:
        1) Left side works fine.
        2) All hazards flash, and both lights on the dash flash with the
blinkers.
        3) Signal for a right turn, and the dash light stays constant, and
the exterior flashers stay dark.

If this is what you have, the problem is the green wire with the
white stripe that connects the switch tothe right-side lights has
come loose. The most likely place is in the four-way connection
under the hood, near the fuse block. Look for the black junction
with four wires going into it, all green with white striped. Take a
test light to the four leads with the turn signal switch in the
"right turn" position. One (or more) will be at or about 12 volts,
while the others will be dead. Remove the wires from the connector
and clean the leads, as well as the connector itself. This will most
likely fix your problem. If not, go under your dash and trace
along the green/white wire from the switch, again with the switch in
the "right turn" position. Somewhere along the wire, it will go from
12V to nothing. That's where the open is.
