Hi,
I recently posted a question on the BBS Questions page but have not had
any replies.
I wonder whether you know the answer or can put me intouch with somebody
who may?
After buying my midget recently I realised that the shuddering and
vibration when accelerating was to much to bear - This was opinion was
underpinned when the rear brake pipe sheared of from the rear diff
mounting at 50 mph.
I have replaced both the universal joints in the prop shaft and have
made approximately an 80% improvement. However there is still mild
vibration/shuddering when pulling away (not on a fast acceleration) and
also when you release the accelerator at around 60 mph - the car
vibrates for around 1 or 2 seconds.
Can you advise me what to replace next (apart from the car!)
