I had a similar or identical problem. I, however, replaced nearly the
entire braking system (cylinders etc.) before I bought a rebuilt M.C.
which solved the problem -- at least for now! I was told that using
anything but Castrol LMA brake fluid or like grade or Silicone B.F. would
rot the rubber in british brake components. I'm not sure I believe that
but I'm not taking any chances now.

  Am I correct in assuming that I have some "Seal blowby"
