I'm trying to further diagnose the differential whine on my '67 GT, w/tube-type axle. It only whines if I'm on the gas. If the car is coasting or decelerating, the whine stops. Does anyone know what this might be a sign of? I also plan to change the gear oil tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully this will help.
