Randy,
This may sound stupid, but have you checked the pads/rotors? I know
that some cars vibrate the brake pedal when the pads are about to
wear out, but I don't know if this is a function of the pads, rotors,
or what. Also, try slowing down with just the parking brake and see
if it still does it. This may not prove anything, since the p-brake
doesn't do anything with the hydraulics, but if it still does it, I'd
check the rear brakes as well.
