This has been an interesting thread, obviously there are some real
afficionados of MGA coupes out there but i think almost all of them must
have spoken in the last few days!! - a good friend of mine has been
trying to sell a 61 that he restored about 18 months ago for over a year
(some of you will recall ive posted it for him a couple of times)and
apart from a few tyre-kickers has not really had much serious enquiry
from any forum (and bear in mind he owns a service station on a very busy
road!!!)
He took a deposit on it last saturday but the buyer has yet to show up
with the balance - i think he took about 3500 for it - fully rebuilt
engine/body but needing interior, and tyres 
Odd 'aint it......

and no need for an MGA at this time but in the future who knows?
