Today my B took its longest (since I've
owned it) highway trip: 65 miles nonstop.
Oil pressure remained @60lbs at 65mph
in OD.
Tonight on a separate drive I drove it
a little hard, and it saw 4000rpm more
than a few times (make that five or
six) and immediatly after that I noticed
it wouldn't even get to 50lbs at 3000
rpm. The oil level was normal (I
checked).
Later tonight on a 20 minute highway
run it ran at 55-60lbs between 55 and
65 mph in OD (2500-3000rpm).
Is it possible that I overheated the oil
earlier when I couldn't get as much
pressure? I have no oil cooler.

Thanks,
Tyson Sherman
