Oil pressure question

Hi folks.
I bought a $15 AutoZone gauge to see if
my original gauge was correct.  It said pretty
much what the 21 year old Smiths gauge
said. So that hopefully only means one
thing.
Reading the receipts from my engine, the
oil pump was NOT replaced. Is that the
culprit for the low idle pressure? The
bearings and O/P relief valve are new,
and running pressure is within specs
(60lbs@3000rpm). Is it time to pull the
pump?
