When the same thing happened on Tintin, it turned out that I had snagged
the lower wire to the light toggle. Your switch setup may be different,
but it may be as simple as that! I dismantled the dimmer foot peddle
and started tracing circuits before I noticed the *&%^#$&* dangling wire!
