 It's not neccesary to drill out the bolts.  The simplest way is to get
out the Dremel tool and cut a screwdriver slot across each bolt head.
Then simply screw out each bolt in turn.  Takes a lot less time and a
WHOLE lot less frustration.  Took me about 10 min. to get mine out.
