Any car is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it. If there
is someone who will pay $20k for it, then yes, it is worth $20k AT THAT
TIME. OTOH, if that owner then wished to sell it a month later and
could only get a $10k offer on it, then it's only worth $10k, again, AT
THAT TIME.
