I just painted my MGB with Brooklands Green Dupont Concept. Its a new three
part , color, harder, thinner. There is a top coat available too. It was
my only choice of paint in the factory color. The bad news is it was hard to
spray without getting water spots. Seems the paint is very sensitive to
water in the line. After two water traps didnt work, I bought a disicate
dryer canister. That did the trick. The water spots were thought to be
contamination in the beginning, fisheyes in appearance. The real trick was
to mix up a teaspoon of paint in a shot glass and fill the spots, sand and
buff, rather than to spray a perfect job to start with. Richard

I am certainly no paint expert, but I am currently having my 69 GT painted,
and he is using a fairly new thing called "Concept". It is supposed to be
the "cats meow" in painting cars. THats all I remember about it. Maybe
someone out there that is a painter can tell you exactly what it is. I do
understand that it is a one coat type of paint process.
