Actually, this question isn't even MGB specific. I replaced my standard
points-type
25D distributor in my '74 'B with a '78 45DE distributor that was fitted with
the
Allison electronic ignition module. There is no vacuum advance port on the
distributor. Now, since I switched to electronic ignition, do I need the
vacuum
advance, or does the electronic ignition module take care of it? Thanks, I
appreciate the advice.
