Eric, I believe the RS part number is 272-1133. It is rated at 7 1/2 volts, so you can't turn the dimmer up too far. The idea is to drive them at a higher voltage to get more output with less life. I don't think anyone has commented on how long they last. I have a genius friend designing a voltage regulating circuit to drop the voltage to 10V. Unfortunately it looks like the B is going to be in storage until my son takes the C away, so I can't give any results. Good luck, Jack |
