My 78 B has a front license plate.  Unfortunately, the bracket is bolted
directly onto the rubber bumper.  Two holes were drilled about 1/3 of the
way down from the top.  While it does resolve the airflow issue, I think
it's kinda ugly.  Anyone have any good thoughts on how to fill the holes so
that they "disappear"?  I could then move the bracket down below the
bumper--where it belongs!
