What First ???

Just picked up a 78 Midget.  The body and interior is in almost perfect
condition.  Pretty much new tires, great rostyles.  Factory hardtop never put
on the car !!. A weber downdraft and headers!!   Only one problem......  The
car sat under fresh water (no mud/leaves/dirt) in a garage for 1 day up to the
top of the doors (last spring).  No damage to the interior suprisingly !!
Other than change the oils, fluids, plugs, distributor, wires,  What should I
change/fix before I try starting the car !!
