Dean: Either the shoes are adjusted too much, or more likely, when you reinstalled the master cyclinder you didnt leave enough free play at the pedal push rod. When the system heats up the fluid will expand, and without the free play its the same as riding the brake pedal all the time. Cheers, Andy Blackley |
