Getting closer to putting in the new floor pan and sill replacement. I'm
keeping the inner sill, although I have to patch some damage at the back end,
and can't quite make sense of something.
The bottom edge of the inner sill sits on top of the chassis rail, up to the
point where the rail tapers down. From there the rail is 3/4 to an inch
narrower.
My question is: what mates to the this (the back) portion of the rail?
Oh - I should mention - there's also some rot at the front end of the rear
sidemember assembly.
