Hi Bill n Penny,

1. Wash the darn thing well before you open it
2. Push the fork with arm backward a bit until the opening on the arm
coincides with the opening on the body of the servo. This will allow a
small metal bar to drop out. If you dont do this the fork and arm will be
stuck.
3. Once the arm and fork are out, put the servo on your vice and tighten the
base very carefully. I would suggest you wrap the base with a thick
cloth or rubber so you dont ding it.
4. You will see locking teeth in the middle of the unit that hold the top
and botton parts. Rotate to realease
and be carefull with the spring that is inside.

5. To put the thing back together make sure you put tons of supplied grease
on the diafragm rubber. You might
need to take it to a machine shop, unless you have your own press.

Hope this help, Enrique
