I have no prob with rebuilt chain-store parts. What one must
remember is that the big discount stores buy from rebuilders in large
quantities The chain may give a lifetiime warranty on all parts but
they get their parts from different rebuilders as time goes on. So,
they have no come-backs from rebuilder "A" but 100 from rebuilder "B".
They drop rebuilder "B" eventually and go on to "C" or "?" but if you
happen to have one from "B" it may fail prematurely. It's a big
lottery!
Just as well to go with the stock "Lifetime" unit. As long as they're
in business, you're covered.
