So it's spent 13 years gathering batsh*t... and they weren't making money on
it. If he doesn't purchase it, will it spend another decade gathering
batsh*t?
I'd offer the fellow a fair (yet below marketvalue!) price to take it.
Remember, that rubber is going to need replacing... which is not an
enjoyable job.
This is going to be the car that will fall on the "you're car will be given
a good loving home" plea to drive the price down :)
