Hey folks, glad to be back after my vacation and I'm also glad to get my
TD back from Rob at MGT's.
You remember my tale of woe that started with a bad cam, went into a
cracked head, replacing main and rod bearings and spread to the dizzy
with the drive gear almost falling off!
Happy to report all is well for the Glen in Sept and the car goes like
it used too, but better. You don't notice the power falling off over 35
years! Biggest shock is only paying $150 in parts to rebuild the engine
back then compared to today.
Who else plans on the 50th Watkins Glen blast in Sept9-13?
