Hello all: I've just hooked up with a fellow who is willing to part
with a complete 1600 engine for my 1960 MGA 1600 Roadster for a couple
of hundred (Canadian). Current engine is running fine but has 120k
miles on it. I would like to spend a couple of years putting the
replacement together and ultimately replace the current engine. What I
would like to do is strip it down and rebuild completely. Is there an
authoritative source I can consult that will take me through the
complete process (in intimate detail) for a rebuild? Any and all advice
would be appreciated!
