Jim,

You might check with Rover about the recall if your car is covered.  I 
understand the delay was because they were waiting for the parts to 
be manufactured.  If that is true it might be a couple of weeks turn
around if they now have the belts in stock.  Worth a try if you are
not in a real hurry.
