Eric, you might check your fuse box and the connectors.  I had similar
problems with my lights (parking and turn signal luckily).  Cleaned the
connectors, and all the lights are much brighter.

The dash switch is held in by a (not to strong) plastic frame.  My broke the
other day as well.  Just got the replacement in from Moss and will install
it this weekend (after I get through figuring out my starter problem.)
