Chris, the problem is probably the linings stuck to the drums, a common and
maddening problem in the presence of humidity. No easy solution. You have to
work the drums off by prying, tapping, jiggling, and such. Use lube like WD40
both around the drum and where it mates with the axle. Maybe someone else has a
better solution. John
