'73 MGB odometer

Hi all,

My speedometer works fine, but my odometer has worked well for 13 years. As
time goes on it is easier and easier for it to get stuck when a few numbers
need to roll over.

Since this must be a teeny weeny gear that is on the 1/10 or 1 mile position,
is it possible to move this worn out part to the 10,000 mile position. Then
the thing would only stick once and awhile. 

Or can you buy the gears anywhere? The latter is probably a good question for
our friends in the UK.
