I had the same problem with the Proper MG when I
purchased their suspension rebuild kit. I mailed my
old, rebuildable swivel axles to them and nothing happened.
After about two months, I called and told them. They
acknowledged that they had indeed received the cores.
The guy apologized for not crediting my credit card and
had no explanation as to why it hadn't been done. Within
two days the credit appears on my card. Just my experience
with them. Sounds like they need to work on their refund
procedures...
