Hi all,

My company develops Internet Catalogs to allow people to sell products over
the Net. I always advise my friends to use their credit card (through a
secure server) when buying a product sight unseen. That way, if they are
unhappy with what they receive (or don't receive!) and the company won't
play ball and refund your money, you can always call your card company and
get your money back. If you have not physically signed for a product (same
as a phone order) you can get your card company to cancel the charge.
Personally, I wouldn't pay cash or do a bank draft to someone I didn't
know. Only way I'd do that was if another satisfied customer/s reffered me
to them.

I think 90% + of Internet sales experiences are good, it's not nice to hear
of situations like this. Best of luck, if you paid by Card, get on the phone
to your card company and send the product back!

Cheers,
Neil.
