Just received details of the 75th Anniversary MGF LE - looks good. It's
available in black or Mulberry Red with red leather trim. There's also
chrome airintakes and 16in Minilites.
7th LE side badges complete want looks to be a smart car.
Even more interesting is new SuperSports prototype. This is toned down
from the previous one and looks more like a 'real' road car. It's got an
enlarged front air intake, flared arches and looks stunning - I want one!
Power comes from a supercharged K series developing 200bhp.
The idea of the car is to evaluate public reaction - it will appear at
Geneva. Let's hope the reaction is positive - this would be just the
boost MG needs!
