Joe, Max,
    I currently running 185/65-14's on Dayton 5 1/2 wires on a '72 B and have
absolutly no clearance problems whats so ever.
Harlan.
ps. my '72GT currently has 185/70-15 on wires, but some idiot DPO put wire hubs
on a steel wheel rear axle at some point, and there are clearance problems.
I've got a wire axles assy. to install on it but have gotten a round tuit so it
hasn't been installed yet ( engine out for rebuild and new interior/paint....)
