MoMa in New Mexico has made up some of these lenses. Carol @ Taos
Garage (505) 836-4141 may also have them on the shelf. The replacement is a
little thicker than original, but is drilled for the reset button. I do not
know of anyone else making these. Carol sent me one as an xmas pressie, she
is a very nice lady.
