Yep, new rotors are the way to go. Often new rotors are not as true as you
would like or the parts places would have you believe. It is a good idea
to have a reputable brake place spin them up on their lathe to check. It's
a lot easier to have them skimmed than pull them back off when the brakes
pulse or pull.
