Don't know where you guys live, but if it was CA or TX or somewhere like
that I can understand why someone would install A/C in a GT, having lived in
CA and visited TX frequently. A sunroof doesn't do much except let in hot
air - esp. in Australia. A/C is a great idea IMO. A guy here in Sydney
fitted it to his MGC-GT as it was his daily driver. I used to turn up to
work, in a suit, with my shirt stuck to my back, dripping with sweat every
morning and this was before 9am! Yuk, did not look attractive! <G> I would
have considered fitting it to my BGT if it wasn't for the fact I'm going to
be racing it now and I drive a japbox to work..  oh and yeah the $$$$$ may
have influenced me too! <G>
