http://www.mgcars.org.uk/clubs/deutsch.html

is the URL for the Eastern North American British Car Events Page I maintain.
It continues to be
updated, at least, monthly. It is, to the best of my knownlege, the oldest
continuous running
page available on the internet. I started it 4 years ago after getting
frustrated when hearing
people talking about an event that I would have liked to attend but had not
known of. The page
gets an average of 100 hits weekly and is used as a source of info for several
other lists that
are out there. I get a tremendous amount of pleasure from driving these cars
and have made many
fast friends (and some slow ones too) thru ownership of them. The list is just
one of the way I
give back a little. Being the Membership Coordinator of North American MGB
Register, Member of
the Board of Directors of MG Car Club - Long Island Centre, Events Chairman for
the North
American MGB Register's North East Regional Event "The British are Coming !!!",
being hosted by
MGCC Long Island Centre here on Long Island, June 12th and 13th 1999 are some
of the others. OH
YEAH I almost forgot....advising people to remove their drive shafts if towing
an MG more than a
short distance is something else I do. Just last week I saw an MG Midget's
trans trashed while
being towed/locked up 10 miles into a 20 mile tow.

Safety Fast,
David Deutsch
