Ross,

If I'm not mistaken this is a wrinkle finished dash. My shop repairs these
and has a wrinkle finish POWDER COAT applied that brings it back to
original.

Does anyone have a mangled metal dash they'd be willing to part with cheap?

A DPO bodge on my `66 GT's old dash was the cutting of a 2" hole where the
temp control knob should have been for the installation of seperate oil and
water gauges. If I can get a repair panel from a used dash I can bring this
one back to life (I think).

TIA.
