Weeeellll.
As was already mentioned on the list, John Twist sent out a News Release last
week that this year's University Motors Late Summer Party will be the 23rd
and last..."regularly scheduled" event. He did leave open the possibility of
future "Summer Party Reunions".
I am planning a special tribute to the Summer Party to run in "MGB Driver"
after the issue we are finishing up now. I would like to request
contributions of stories, memories, photographs, anecdotes, tall tales, etc.
about this legendary gathering. Tell about Your first Summer Party, people &
cars you have met there, friends made there, trips getting there - and back,
fun you had there, anything you care to share.
