I didn't suggest that the Rally cars used any type of Alloy wheel ,
Panasport, Minilite or otherwise.  I contend they ran on wire wheels.
People restoring cars today probably include all sorts of goodies that were
not on the cars originally.  I'd bet its got electronic ignition.   Alloy
wheels were offered as optional about 1966-67 they could be obtained through
the competition dept started in the US.  The factory dropped the TR4 from
rallying about the time the Mini's started winning everything.  Cheers Henry
