When I picked up my 77B it had been subjected to 5 + years of NJ weather - it
was never garaged.
It looked as if the PO had primered it using a yellow primer!
My regimen consisted of all Turtle wax products and a lot of rubbing. I started
with a good washing with regular dish detergent then the red can of rubbing
compound, then the green can of polishing compound, then finally Turtle wax.
People ask me where I got it painted sometimes! Granted the car has some rust
and dings, etc., but it is the orignal paint and it looks pretty good for 22!
