Dear List:
Does anyone have any experience with two oil additives made by Rislone, Ring
Sealer (a thick clear fluid), and their basic oil additive (sold by the
quart) which is supposed to clean the inner workings?
Anything to worry about?
A relative has used the stuff for years on his Mercedes engines; he has
driven three of them to over 250,000 miles without rebuilds. However, I'd
guess that Mercedes parts are more finally machined, at might respond
differently than my 1275.
