41391 is listed in my Workshop manual as being the same as the 41234, for an
18V 779/780 which was non-North America Nov 73 to Sep 74.

41427 is not listed in my Workshop Manual or Haynes. 63 to 70 had a range
of distributors - 40897/41155, 40916 or 41339 depending on year and whether
the car was for North America or not. The engines were all 18G.
