Herb, you gotta understand that this question is asked about every three
months (just check this list's archives), and it is guaranteed to generate
about 50 messages. The opinions are strong and diametrically opposed.
Those that say yes are fervent about it, those that say no are absolutely
certain they are correct. No one is in the middle.
